I have been hearing rave reviews about the Blue Haze Food Truck for how long, and today I finally got to try it. Let me tell you- OMG! Not just the best bbq, but the best food truck I have ever eaten from! Our favourites were the smoked and grilled ribs (award winning!) and the Texas Brisket sandwich. The coleslaw added a nice tangy and sweet crunch to the sandwich. 100% recommend!!!
