Well.. it’s about time we let you in on a few of our top secrets! 🤭 Your Blue Haze BBCrew has had a few different projects up their sleeves this winter - we figured this week would be a good week to finally get you in on the scoop too.
Our first big project over the winter months was giving our website a MUCH NEEDED makeover! 🙌🏼 A huge thank you goes out to the crew at @chvn951 and @homefieldmarketing for listening to our ideas and the vision we had and creating a website that is truly “thebomb.com” (see what we did there? 😉)! 💣
While a new website relaunch may not be the news you were wishing for - this website launch is great news for our future clients when it comes to booking a catering event with us or securing our food truck! We’ve created a MUCH easier and more effective way of requesting a quote, as well as adding a new live calendar to find our food truck throughout the summer months. 😎

If you’ve ever caught the Blue Haze BBQ food truck at a festival, chances are you’ve seen Cam in action - holdin’ it down behind the grill and servin’ up some unreal BBQ. He’s been part of the Blue Haze BBCrew for years and years (to be honest, we stopped counting a long time ago 😅), and things just wouldn’t be the same without him.
Did you know - before joining the Blue Haze BBCrew, Cam was a red-seal chef overseas, working in restaurants in France! 👊🏼 He’s even a published author - for real!

The answer is - yes! And that’s exactly what Brent and Shayna did. They simply couldn’t say “I do” without some wood-smoked barbecue on their big day! 💍
Depending on availability - there is a possibility that you too could book the Blue Haze Barbecue food truck for your big day for your late night snack! Our weekends are jam-packed this summer with the truck, attending various festivals and events and whatnot, but if your date lands on the perfect weekend, we may be able to make something work out.

Today is #InternationalWomensDay and we’re taking a moment to recognize and celebrate the amazing ladies behind Blue Haze Barbecue! We wouldn’t be the dream team we are without every single one of these incredible humans - plus, they all do their part in making sure the boss stays on track and behaves too. 👌🏼
The BBQ world may still be a bit of a boys’ playground in most places, but around here, these women make sure the show keeps rolling! 🔥
Our ladies wear many hats - they are strong, hard-working, dedicated, and the backbone of this crew. But outside of Blue Haze Barbecue, they are also moms (and fur-moms!), they are daughters, they are businesswomen, some are educators and teachers, and some are students, plus so much more.
