We had Blue Haze before our wedding, and as a guest, it was one of our favourite wedding meals. Booking with them was a breeze. Everyone I communicated with was kind. We originally wanted a plated dinner and got quoted from three different catering services for 10-12k for 100 people. Buffet options were around 8-11k as well.
For Blue Haze, we paid 5k for 107 people, including gratuity- for delicious food. The only downside was they don’t offer appetizers. We did end up getting another company to pass out hors d’oeuvres and it was still more budget friendly than other quotes we got!
